Galileo Gold, ridden by Frankie Dettori,  will be racing against Royal Ascot Jersey stakes 2016  winner, Ribchester,  the Prince Aga Khans’ horse Ervedya, & 2 horses trained by Andre Fabre, last year’s winner Esoterique and Vadomos. In a strong field we can watch for outsiders Arod, Dicton, Stormy Antarctic, Spectre & Grand Vintage.

ARQANA Deauville August Yearling sales open 5pm Sunday 14th August 2016.

Almost 400 future race horse for sale over three days. Gleaming issues of recent crack Champions. including Galileo, Frankel, Sea the Stars, Chiquita, Scat Daddy, No Nay Never.

Europe’s top breeders, Courtiers, and owners quietly walk around the beautifully kept  Arqana stables making their choices as they visit  Haras des Capucines, with its floral displays, the Haras de Montaigu, Ecurie des Monceaux, Haras d.Etreham, Voute Sales ltd, Coulonces, Haras du Quesnay, to name but a few. Haras des Capucines seemed quietly confident with his choice of Yearlings, including the Sea the Stars progeny that was foaled quite late in the season, but who is developing well.  Progeny awaited with interest from Camelot, Intello, Penny’s Picnic, Dawn Approach. Amongst the professionals there is talk too of Farhh & Siyouni.
