Fiscal advantages are important in the European breeding industry with a difference between charges in Italy/France/England/Ireland. The mares that have yearlings this year include Siyouni, Kendargent, Le Havre  which launches a new dynamic for the breeding of good race horses in France and for racing in Europe.  France Galop that organises a lot of the horse racing in France is very supportive of the horse breeding industry.
